The Royal Titans is a new two-boss fight in Old School RuneScape, featuring Eldric the Ice King and Branda the Fire Queen. This boss is recommended for players around level 90 or higher and is designed for duo fights, though you can also solo it if you're confident.

How to Get There

There are two main ways to reach the Royal Titans:

Use a House Teleport to Rimmington, then run northeast into the dungeon.

Use the Fairy Ring code AIQ and run north into the same dungeon.

Once inside, head west to the shortcut if you have 60 Agility, or take the longer route around to the large hole.

Solo players can enter directly.

Duo players must be on each other's friends list. One player hosts the room, and the other joins by typing their friend's name.

Boss Overview

You'll fight both Eldric (ice) and Branda (fire) at the same time. They start in melee range and will eventually walk away, switching to ranged combat. When they return, go back to melee.

They also create fire or ice walls during the fight.

Use Water spells to remove fire walls.

Use Fire spells to remove ice walls.

These are one-tick actions, so they're quick to deal with. Clear the ones near the middle first to avoid getting trapped.

They also summon small minions. Stack them together and cast the opposite elemental spell to deal splash damage. For example, use fire spells on ice minions and vice versa.

When the bosses are in melee range, they sometimes use a stomp attack. Just turn on Protect from Melee to avoid damage.

Final Phase

At about 30% health, both bosses teleport to platforms—one to the north and one to the south. They keep all previous attacks and gain a new one:

A tile with a progress bar will appear. You must stand on it before the bar ends or take three hits of 20–30 damage. After this happens three times, it's safe to step off the tile.

Try to keep both bosses at similar health, because the fight becomes harder if one dies too early. For example, you won't be able to block stomp damage anymore, and the safe tile could appear far away.

Recommended Gear

Bring a setup that allows you to switch between melee, ranged, and magic quickly. Here are the basics:

Melee: Use fast weapons like a whip or Osmumten's Fang.

Ranged: Rune crossbow with Ruby bolts (e) at first, then Diamond bolts (e) when the boss is below 400 HP.

Magic: Mystic robes or anything with good magic bonuses. Use your best fire and water spells.

Rewards

Each boss drops different loot, including:

Prayer scroll upgrades that improve Mystic Might and Eagle Eye, giving bonuses just below Rigour and Augury.

Twinflame Staff pieces—each boss drops half. When combined, it automatically casts the correct elemental spell based on the monster's weakness.

Desiccated Pages, which can be turned into special elemental pages.

A Royal Titan's pet, which is rare.

When you loot a boss, right-click for bonus options. You can double your pet chance or get more pages.
