OSRS League 4 Trailblazer Reloaded
Jan-08-2024 PSTLet us welcome yet another season of the Leagues. Yes, Leagues 4 Trailblazer Reloaded has been released on the 15th of November. The League will last for 8 weeks before it closes for good.
Players who experienced the thrill Leagues 2 and 3 brought to the game will absolutely love Leagues 4. Here is a short guide that will tell you everything there is to know about Trailblazer Reloaded. So, let us begin!
What are Leagues?
Leagues are seasoned events that are like the Deadman Mode. You start from scratch with zero stats, bank, or items. You can always use your OSRS account to log in as it will not affect your progress. Also, the items that you gain during the league will not be carried forward to the real one.
This is just a temporary game mode where the XP gains are accelerated. You can add various buffs to your characters via League Relics. We will talk about them further down the guide. Same as other editions, League 4 will also last for 8 weeks.
About Leagues 4
Same as the other editions, Trailblazer Reloaded will give you a chunk of the game map, wherein you will have to unlock regions as you progress in the game mode. In Leagues 4, you will start off at Lumbridge and areas like Misthalin and Karamja will be unlocked from day 1.
This also means that you will only have access to the following areas: Draynor Village, Karamja, Edgeville, Barbarian Village, Lumbridge, and Varrock. You will also have a special pass to enter the city of Zanaris without having to complete the Lost City quest.
Leagues Tab
You can keep track of your progress through the Leagues Tab. This will show you the number of tasks you have completed so far, as well as how many points you currently have. It also displays the areas that you have unlocked.
Regions
As mentioned earlier, players who are playing in the Leagues 4 game mode will find themselves stuck in the early game as they will have to grind several tasks to unlock new regions.
You can unlock the following areas in Leagues 4: Fremennik Isles, Morytania, Kandarin, Kourend & Kebos, Wilderness, Argarnia, Kharidian Desert, and Tirannwn.
Ironmen
Another to note is that you, along with every player who is participating in the League will have the Ironman Mode enabled. This means that you will not be able to trade other players in the game. This also means there is no Grand Exchange, and PVP items drop. The only good thing is that the shop stocks will not decrease so you can relax.
EXP
The experience rates of Leagues 4 Trailblazer Reloaded will be 5x more than the real games’ XP rates. There are even some Relics that can improve the XP rates further.
Changes
Now that we have a lot of areas locked in League 4, the OSRS team must give ‘something’ to the players to rely on. So, the participants will have a few skills unlocked to help them progress in the early phase. For instance, Level 3 Herblore, Level 5 Rune Crafting, and Level 4 Agility.
Tasks
League 4 will have tasks that are the same as combat achievements. For instance, a task can be anything from completing a quest to defeating a monster. Doing so will grant you League Points that can be spent on Relics. The points can also be used to unlock new regions.
Why Play League 4?
Playing Leagues is a fun way to enhance your gameplay experience. It is quite different from the real game mode that you play, so change can be good sometimes.
Imagine thousands of players rushing into the game mode with fresh accounts and XP rates. Ahh, a vibe worth living. Besides that, you should know that there is something called a Leagues Shop where you can unlock rewards and take them to the real game.
This includes anything from cosmetic items to emotes and magic spells. It is a way to proudly show the real game player that you have participated in the League. Another booster for you is that Leagues are a good way to kill time while you AFK train your main account. For instance, you can play the Leagues while Woodcutting/Fishing on the main one.
